This is a nice detailed piece, but different. If you look in Chris Ailbys book, A Collectors Guide to German Medals and Political Awards, on page 94, illustration 165 you can see that this pin and catch were used during the Third Reich. The example is not marked, however, there are known examples of this badge marked JFS.
